Refunds

Customers may request a refund within 90 days of the delivery date.

To qualify, items must be undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale. Light use is acceptable, but products showing excessive wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Returns

All return requests must be submitted within 90 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method to ensure proper delivery.

To start a return, please contact us at maxiclimb@email.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide the return instructions and shipping address.

Additional Information

- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please place a new order after your return has been processed.

- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email maxiclimb@email.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
